Monday Night Recovery Ride (Pace: Slow, Distance: 10mi, Road)
This is a social ride which leaves from the Highland Park cyclery at 6PM (summer). The pace is slow and the goal of the ride is for all abilities to participate. If you are new to the club or to cycling, this is a good place to start.

Rahway Training Crit (Pace: Very Fast, Distance: 50mi Road)
The Rahway training crit happens on Tuesday nights during the summer (it is cancelled in the event of rain). Riders meet at 5PM at the Highland Park Cyclery and ride to Rahway. The actual crit begins at 6PM and lasts about an hour. The ride to and from the course is about 30 miles, while the crit itself is about 20-25 miles. This ride is for advanced riders with racing experience.

Weekend Rides (Pace: Slow-Fast, Distance: 20-100mi, Road)
Every weekend rides leave the Highland Park Cyclery at 9AM (summer) or 10AM (winter). The rides vary in length and speed, but tend to be longer and can be medium to fast paced. There is no set route for these rides. The weekend rides are usually well attended by local riders from the Hermes team.

Wed. Night Cross Practice (Pace: Slow-Fast, Distance: Any, Off Road)
Cyclocross practice occurs every Wed. during the fall at 6PM on Livingston campus. To do this ride you will need a cyclocross bike or mountain bike. This is a well-attended ride that helps all ability levels learn the art of cyclocross. New riders are encouraged to attend and learn why Rutgers dominates this discipline!
