Name: Jennifer Post
Year: Senior
Email: jenpost@aol.com
About: I am an English major on Douglass College with plans to get a Masters Degree in Library Science. I only do road riding, and, although you may not see me often on my bike at Rutgers, I frequently ride with the Princeton Freewheelers Bike Club in central Jersey near my home. I'm a very quiet person, but you will eventually meet my bike-loving dad, Ed Post, who does all of my mechanical work and loves to discuss bikes. When I'm not biking or reading/writing papers, you'll find me singing with the RU Queens Chorale, of which I'm the secretary.

Palmares: I can tell you it was my good friend Joe Palmieri who won Easterns in the early 80's in that awesome retro photo. RU Cycling has heritage. He likes to cite his victory gearing as how the times have changed. I think it was a 52x14. I won bear mountain aka the army race with a compact crankset. It was just a B race.
About: Studying anthropology and comparative literature. Why bike? Is it the endorphins? I can footbag and breastroke ok. Kafka, anxiety, manifest destiny, and that song, the other one. I can paint houses, lift unheavy objects. And I can ride as hard as I can, not very much harder.

I hope to try cyclocross and downhill in the near future. I am a psychology major at Rutgers. About: I'm a 2nd year law student and get on the bike every now and then. When I'm not studenting, I work at Penn at the medical school. I'm also working on raising up my little boy up proper. He can name and locate four parts of a wheel which is four more than I could at age 2. I'm looking forward to maybe doing some riding and possibly upgrading to Bs next year. Depending on how that goes I will decide in the summer of 2008 whether to go pro. If I do, I will win L-B-L, the Giro and le Tour in the Spring and Summer of 2009. I promise to identify each of my Rutgers teammates by name from the podium, assuming that I don't have the tongue of a podium girl temporarily lodged in my throat, in which case let it suffice that I have each of you in my hearts and it is to you that I owe all my success.
